Precision-engineered components trusted by Malaysian warehouses, automotive plants, and electronics manufacturers.
Malaysia's rapid industrialisation and e-commerce boom are driving unprecedented demand for advanced racking and warehouse automation solutions.
With Malaysia's National Industry 4.0 Policy (Industry4WRD), the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), and the rapid expansion of logistics hubs in Selangor, Penang, and Johor Bahru — demand for intelligent, space-efficient roller racking systems has never been higher. WJ-LEAN is positioned as a preferred factory and supplier to serve this growing market.
Malaysia hosts over 300 industrial parks, with major zones in Shah Alam, Klang Valley, Bayan Lepas (Penang), and Iskandar Malaysia (Johor). These hubs are home to thousands of manufacturers requiring efficient roller racking and flow rack systems to streamline production and logistics.
Malaysia is home to Proton, Perodua, and numerous Tier-1 automotive suppliers. Roller racking systems are critical in just-in-time (JIT) assembly lines, enabling smooth, gravity-fed part delivery to workstations — reducing handling time and improving throughput across Selangor and Pahang plants.
Penang's Silicon Island is one of Southeast Asia's largest electronics manufacturing clusters. Precision roller tracks and lean pipe systems from WJ-LEAN are widely adopted in PCB assembly lines, SMT production, and component warehousing — meeting the stringent quality demands of global OEMs.
Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon's expanding Malaysian fulfilment networks require high-density, dynamic storage. Roller racking flow systems enable FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management, dramatically improving pick-and-pack speed in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor distribution centres.
Malaysia's growing F&B manufacturing sector — from halal food processors in Negeri Sembilan to beverage plants in Johor — relies on galvanised and stainless roller track systems for hygienic, efficient product flow. WJ-LEAN's corrosion-resistant tracks meet food-grade facility requirements.
With Malaysia's healthcare sector expanding rapidly, pharmaceutical warehouses and medical device manufacturers in Cyberjaya and Petaling Jaya require clean, precise roller racking systems to manage temperature-sensitive inventory and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
From Klang Valley logistics hubs to Penang semiconductor fabs — our roller racking solutions are engineered for Malaysia's diverse industrial landscape.
Gravity-fed roller tracks deliver components directly to assembly workstations at Proton and Perodua supplier plants, eliminating forklifts, reducing WIP inventory, and enabling lean manufacturing workflows aligned with Toyota Production System principles.
EMS companies and semiconductor manufacturers in Penang's Bayan Lepas FIZ use WJ-LEAN roller tracks for SMT line feeding, finished goods staging, and WIP buffer management — improving OEE and reducing changeover time in high-mix, low-volume production environments.
Third-party logistics providers in Shah Alam, Subang, and Port Klang deploy flow racking systems to maximise vertical storage, enable FIFO rotation, and accelerate order fulfilment for FMCG, retail, and e-commerce clients across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
Muar's world-renowned furniture cluster and Johor's home appliance manufacturers integrate lean pipe racking systems into production lines for semi-finished goods transport, ergonomic workstation design, and flexible assembly cell configuration.
Galvanised and powder-coated roller racking systems provide corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility for pharmaceutical raw material storage and chemical drum racking in Negeri Sembilan and Johor industrial estates.
Malaysia's growing aerospace MRO sector at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and KLIA Aeropolis uses precision roller racking for aircraft parts storage, tooling management, and component traceability — meeting AS9100 quality management requirements.
Malaysia's industrial transformation is reshaping warehouse and production storage requirements — here's what's driving the market forward.
Malaysia's Industry4WRD national policy is accelerating the adoption of smart factories. Roller racking systems are increasingly integrated with IoT sensors, RFID tracking, and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) interfaces — enabling real-time inventory visibility and automated replenishment in Malaysian manufacturing plants.
Malaysian manufacturers are under growing ESG pressure from global buyers. Gravity-driven roller racking systems require zero energy to operate, reducing carbon footprints. WJ-LEAN's galvanised steel components are 100% recyclable, supporting Malaysia's National Green Technology Policy and GreenRE certification requirements.
As Malaysian businesses adapt to volatile supply chains post-pandemic, modular lean pipe racking systems that can be reconfigured without tools are gaining rapid adoption. WJ-LEAN's connector-based system allows Malaysian warehouse managers to redesign storage layouts in hours, not days.
With global companies nearshoring manufacturing to ASEAN, Malaysia is attracting significant FDI in electronics, data centres, and advanced manufacturing. This is creating demand for high-quality, internationally certified roller racking systems that meet the standards of multinational OEMs setting up operations in Malaysia.
The newly established JS-SEZ is expected to attract over RM 50 billion in investment, creating massive demand for warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing infrastructure. WJ-LEAN is ready to supply roller racking systems to the hundreds of new facilities expected to be established in Johor over the next decade.
Malaysia's expanding cold chain network — driven by pharmaceutical exports, fresh produce logistics, and vaccine distribution — requires specialised roller racking systems designed for low-temperature environments. WJ-LEAN's stainless and galvanised roller tracks perform reliably in cold storage facilities from -25°C to +60°C.

In 2005, Wu Jun, who had long heard that Japan had advanced production technology, came to a Japanese company in Dongguan to study manufacturing. When he came to this company again in 2008, he found that a production line of the Japanese company at that time only took 2 days from assembly to use.
Since then, he had a bold idea to introduce this advanced production line into China and carry it forward, continuously improving the material technology. Later, in order to attract business, he simply sold all the spare parts of this lean production to the world. Five years later, his "Wu Jun" brand spare parts had been sold all over the world. In order to make local customers more satisfied, he personally released the market and communicated with many customers around the world in depth.
But due to external accent problems, locals always called "Wu Jun" a pronunciation similar to "weijie", and the Weijie brand was born. In 2020, the company's brand was upgraded and its name was officially changed to "WJ-LEAN".
We use highly adjustable mechanisms and actuators as well as other necessary solutions to deliver fully functional products. The company has all industry product systems, including but not limited to MB industrial aluminum profile assembly system, lean production system, linear module system, workbench system and small elevator platform system. We provide advanced solutions for lean production automation, ergonomics and future intelligent manufacturing.
