Maintenance knowledge of lean pipe racking

The lean pipe rack is a hollow lean pipe system with a diameter of 28mm developed based on the composite lean pipe. The wall thickness is controlled between 0.8mm and 2.0mm. It is mainly used for the design and assembly of assembly line shelves, workbenches, material turnover vehicles and other products. When using the lean pipe rack at ordinary times, attention should be paid to the maintenance and inspection of the lean pipe rack. In this way, the service life of the lean pipe rack can be extended. WJ-LEAN will explain the maintenance knowledge of lean tube shelves.

1. Check whether the lean pipe connector is loose, whether the bolts on the inclined pipe rack are tightened, and whether the chuck position moves. If the pipe is seriously deformed or the plastic skin falls off, new materials shall be replaced to prevent unnecessary loss to production.

2. It is necessary to check whether the caster wheel brake is released. When the inclined pipe rack with casters moves, the rear brake shall be fixed at the position of the inclined pipe rack to avoid the deformation of the inclined pipe or raceway and prevent the collision between heavy objects or forklift and the inclined pipe rack.

3.It is better to put only one turnover box on each floor of the lean pipe flow racking. The weight of each turnover box on the lean pipe rack shall not exceed 20kg to avoid flattening the lean pipe.

4.Avoid using a hard hammer to knock the lean pipe vigorously when assembling the lean pipe; When assembling the column, ensure that the column is vertical to the ground to avoid damage caused by uneven force on the whole bar frame.

The above is the maintenance knowledge of lean tube racking. Although it is light, solid, flexible in disassembly and assembly, and low in cost, few people can pay attention to the maintenance work of the workbench, which shortens its service life and cannot create more value for the enterprise. Therefore, WJ-LEAN also reminds you to maintain the workbench after work.
