1. Try not to use coarse cloth to wipe the shelf, otherwise the paint on the shelf surface will be damaged and yellowed.
It is better to use towel, cotton cloth, or flannel cloth and other cloth with good water absorption to wipe. The cloth is soft without scratches, and gently wipe the surface dust back and forth.
2. Do not use a dry rag to wipe.
The dust is composed of fiber, dust, sand, etc. Wiping on the shelf surface of lean pipe with a dry rag will cause some scratches on the shelf surface, which will affect the appearance and luster of the shelf.
3. Try not to use washing powder, detergent, etc. to wipe.
Detergent and soapy water can not remove the dust on the surface of display cabinets very well, but will damage the metal parts due to the corrosive of detergent. At the same time, if the water seeps into it, it may also cause local deformation of the shelf and shorten its service life. Many display cabinets are pressed by fiberboard machines. If water seeps into them, formaldehyde and other additives have not completely volatilized in the first two years, so they are not likely to get moldy. But once the additive volatilizes, the moisture of the wet cloth will cause the display cabinet to become moldy.
4.Do not overload
Only one turnover box can be placed on each layer of the ordinary lean pipe flow racking. The weight of each turnover box on the lean pipe rack shall not exceed 20kg as far as possible to avoid deformation of the lean pipe or roller track. Prevent heavy objects or forklifts from colliding with the lean pipe rack to avoid damaging the lean pipe.
