What is flow rack?

Flow rack, also known as sliding shelf, adopts roller aluminum alloy, sheet metal and other placon roller. It uses the weight of the goods rack to store goods from one channel and pick up goods from the other channel to achieve first-in, first-out, convenient storage and multiple times of replenishment.

Features of flow rack:

1.The roller type aluminum alloy equal flow bar is used to realize the first-in, first-out of goods by using the dead weight of goods.

2. It is suitable for the storage of large quantities of similar goods with high space utilization rate, especially for the use of auto parts factories.

3. Easy access, suitable for both sides of the assembly line, distribution center and other places.

4. It can be equipped with electronic labels to realize information management of goods.

Flow rack structure features:

The roller track of the flow rack is directly connected to the front and rear crossbeam and the middle support beam, and the crossbeam is directly hung on the pillar. The installation inclination of the roller track depends on the size, weight and depth of the container, usually 5%~9%. The bearing capacity of the wheel of the placon roller is 6kg/piece. When the goods are heavy, 3-4 roller track can be installed in one raceway. Generally, a support beam is installed every 0.6m in the depth direction to increase the stiffness of the roller track. When the raceway is long, the raceway can be separated by a partition plate. The pickup end shall be equipped with brake pads to slow down the goods and reduce the impact.
